SHIPPING & RETURNS

The delivery time for your item/s to arrive is within 5 working days.

Delivery fees are free on orders £150 and over. Orders below this will incur a charge of £4.99.

Royal Mail will redeliver your item/s should you miss your parcel.

If you haven't received your parcel, you can check the tracking number to see its location. Alternatively, you can contact Royal Mail who will look into this on behalf of you.

Items can be exchanged as long as they are returned in their original state, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

The address to return/exchange your item is 115-119 Fort Dunlop, Fort Parkway, Birmingham, B24 9FE.

 

Once this has been done please contact us via our "Contact Us" page on the website, or via our WhatsApp customer service number on 07799433234 to let us know what item you would like to exchange your existing one for. (Please include the size and the colour of the item you are exchanging for).

 

Exchanges can only be made for the same type of item, e.g, a hoodie for a hoodie, a sweatshirt for a sweatshirt, etc.

 

Unfortunately caps aren't allowed to be exchanged.

Any refunds (other than for caps) will be sent back to you once we have received your item at the above address, and sent back to your account within 5 working days.
