SHIPPING & RETURNS

The delivery time for your item/s to arrive is within 5 working days.
​
Delivery fees are free on all UK orders.
​
Royal Mail will redeliver your item/s should you miss your parcel.
​
If you haven't received your parcel, you can check the tracking number to see its location. Alternatively, you can contact Royal Mail who will look into this on behalf of you.

Any items that become out of stock can be requested to buy using the "pre-order" button. Please allow up to 2 weeks for pre-orders to arrive, as they will need to be made from scratch. (It won't take this along, but please allow up to this amount of time for it to be delivered to you).

Items can be exchanged as long as they are returned in their original state, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
​
The item/s (garment/s) should be unworn and unwashed.
​
The item/s (garment/s) should be in its' original condition, with no tags or labels removed.
​
The item/s (garment/s) is to be paid for by the sender and posted in its' original packaging.
​
They should be mark and scent free.
​
The address to return/exchange your item is 115-119 Fort Dunlop, Fort Parkway, Birmingham, B24 9FE. Please address this for the attention of DETERMINED Streetwear.

Once this has been done please contact us via our "Contact Us" page on the website, or via our customer service number on +44 (0) 7799 433 234 to let us know what item you would like to exchange your existing one for. (Please include the size and the colour of the item you are exchanging for).

Exchanges can only be made for the same type of item, e.g, a hoodie for a hoodie, a sweatshirt for a sweatshirt, etc.
​
Unfortunately caps aren't allowed to be exchanged.

Any refunds (other than for caps) will be sent back to you once we have received your item at the above address, and sent back to your account within 5 working days.
